Annabelle Walker Garcia is the daughter of notable American musician Jerry Garcia, and his ex-wife Carolyn Garcia. Jerry was the founding member of the popular rock band Grateful Dead. He was known for his extraordinary singing and guitar-playing skills. In 2003 he was ranked 13th in Rolling Stone’s list of 100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time and stood 46th in 2015. Jerry rose to prominence during the 1960s-70s as the principal songwriter and lead guitarist and vocalist of the band. The band Grateful Dead led by Jerry gained international popularity during the emergence of the counterculture of the 1960s. As a member of the Grateful Dead, he was included in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame museum in 1994.
