Valencia Daniel Coleman is the daughter of Ronnie Coleman, an American former professional bodybuilder. He is one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time, winning the Mr. Olympia title for 8 consecutive years. Known for extremely heavy workouts, he won IFBB professional title 26 times. For his remarkable contribution to bodybuilding and awareness of physical fitness, he was honored with the 2001 Admiral in the Texas Navy Certificate Award from Texas Governor Rick Perry. He created a record by winning both the Arnold Classic and the Mr. Olympia titles in 2001.

Valencia Daniel Coleman’s Family Background
Valencia’s father was born May 13, 1964, in Monroe, Louisiana. During his graduation from Grambling State University in 1984 in accounting, he played football as a middle linebacker for GSU Tigers. After graduation, he worked at Domino’s Pizza for a while. He served as a police officer from 1989 to 2000 in Arlington, Texas. Valencia’s father married French-Lebanese personal trainer Rouaida Christine Achkar in Beirut on December 28, 2007, but that did not last long. Coleman joined Metroflex gym on the advice of his fellow officer, where he met amateur bodybuilder Brian Dobson who happened to be the owner of the gym. Dobson offered him a lifetime free membership on the condition of preparing for the 1990 Mr. Texas bodybuilding competition. Coleman not only defeated Dobson but stood first in all categories. In 1995 he won Canada Pro Cup, and in 1997 he received the title of Russian Grand Prix. He won his first Mr. Olympia in 1998 by defeating Kenneth Wheeler by three points and went on to defend his title for 8 consecutive years till 2005, trying with the record of Lee Haney for winning most Mr. Olympia titles in history. However, after losing 2 consecutive Mr. Olympia titles in 2006 and 2007, he announced his retirement.
He released 3 training videos on tips for bodybuilders and weightlifters including The Unbelievable, The Cost of Redemption, and On the Road. Due to serious injuries, he went through various surgeries since 2007, and he is unable to walk without assistance.
