Giovanna Ines Jovanovic is the daughter of Daphne Oz an American television host, best-selling author, and public speaker.  Oz gained popularity for co-hosting the ABC daytime talk show The Chew. She co-hosted the first six seasons of the show for which she won a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Informative Talk Show Host. She went on the climb the ladder of success by co-hosting the popular cooking show The Good Dish.

She began her journey as a food writer by publishing her first book, “The Dorm Room Diet: The 10-Step Program for Creating A Healthy Lifestyle Plan That Really Works” in 2016. The National Bestseller details diet plan especially for college students to lead a healthy lifestyle. Her book was also featured in The Dr. Oz Show, a program hosted by her father, Mehmet Oz. She released her second book The Dorm Room Diet Planner in 2007. She co-authored the book “The Chew: Food. Life. Fun.” cast of The Chew in 2012.
